Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DAFMUG, the Denver Area FileMaker User Group. DAFMUG is an Internet Website and online information service (collectively the "Service") provided by the Denver Area FileMaker Group ("DAFMUG"). Use of the Service is governed by this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular DAFMUG services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Throughout this Agreement, DAFMUG may be referred to as "we" or "us."

If you visit or shop at DAFMUG, you accept these terms of use. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service and Content
DAFMUG authorizes you to view or download a single copy of the text, graphics, images, and other material contained on the dafmug.org Website (the "Content") solely for your personal, noncommercial use. The Content is protected by copyright under both United States and foreign laws. Title to the Content remains with DAFMUG. The trademarks FILEMAKER and FILEMAKER PRO, are registered in the U.S. and other countries as trademarks of FileMaker, Inc. ScriptMaker and the file folder logo are trademarks of FileMaker, Inc.

Use by Minors
Certain areas on the Service may contain content geared toward adult or mature users. The suggested minimum age for users is at least 18 years of age. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PARENTS PARTICIPATE IN THEIR CHILDREN'S EXPLORATION OF THE INTERNET AND ANY ONLINE SERVICES AND USE THEIR BROWSER'S PARENTAL CONTROLS TO LIMIT THE AREAS OF THE INTERNET TO WHICH THEIR CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to require users under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to view certain content, and we may limit access to certain content to users above a specified age. If, despite our request, you send us any creative idea, suggestion, or material, it shall become our property. No Submission will be subject to any obligation of confidence by us, and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submission. We will exclusively own all known or later-existing rights to the Submission worldwide and will be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submission for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submission.

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with DAFMUG, or in any way relating to your use of the Service, resides in the courts of the State of Colorado and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Colorado in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving DAFMUG or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

This Agreement, including the DAFMUG Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and DAFMUG with respect to the use of the Service and Content.
